Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payments are not connected to PlotBuilt today, and no customer is currently charged for using the service. This policy is provided in advance so that expectations are clear once paid plans launch.

Once introduced, paid subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Customers will be able to manage and cancel their subscription through a billing portal, before the next renewal date.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, access to paid features will continue through the remainder of the period you already paid for.

If we offer a founding or early-adopter rate, that rate is expected to remain in effect only for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. Canceling and later resubscribing may not preserve a founding rate.

Refund eligibility and the final terms of any paid service will be shown to you before you complete checkout for a paid plan. Those terms, once published, will govern any refund request.
