How it works
From an address to a presentation you can hand to anyone.
PlotBuilt organizes what is real about a property and what you are imagining for it — clearly separated, so nobody confuses the two.
What PlotBuilt is
PlotBuilt is an organizing and presentation tool. It confirms a property’s location with Google, holds the facts and photographs you gather, lets you attach architectural styles as inspiration, and turns all of it into one clean board you can print, save as a PDF or walk a client through.
- Step 1
Find the property
Search any U.S. address, including Hawaii and Alaska. PlotBuilt confirms the location with Google and shows satellite, map and Street View context.
- Step 2
Add details and photos
Record what you know — parcel figures, utilities, listing status, contacts — and upload site photographs with captions and a cover image.
- Step 3
Choose architectural inspiration
Pick up to three architectural collections as reference styles, and note the square footage, bedrooms and features you have in mind.
- Step 4
Share the vision board
Preview a presentation-ready board, print it or save it as a PDF, and keep the due-diligence checklist moving alongside it.
What PlotBuilt does not do
PlotBuilt does not provide engineering, surveying, zoning approval, verified buildability, photorealistic rendering or a construction film of your property. It organizes information and inspiration, and points you at the questions a professional should answer.
