Account and Data Deletion

Open the project you want to remove and use its delete option to remove the project and its associated photographs and documents. You can also remove individual photos from within a project without deleting the whole project. These deletions take effect immediately in your account and are removed from active storage on our routine cleanup schedule.

Any public share link you create can be revoked at any time from the board’s share settings. Once revoked, the link no longer grants access to anyone holding it, even if they had viewed the board before.

You can delete your account entirely from Account Settings. This removes your projects, photographs, documents, notes and share links from active systems, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Before deleting your account, keep in mind that this action:

• Is permanent and cannot be undone
• Removes all of your boards, photos and documents
• Immediately revokes any active share links tied to your account
